A short, paid case study relevant to your target role that typically takes 2 to 4 hours. We respect your time and compensate for it.

Does NABAYA Solutions offer remote work opportunities?
Yes. The majority of our roles are fully remote or hybrid remote. NABAYA operates nationally, and our consulting team delivers most client engagements remotely through secure virtual environments. Roles that require occasional on site visits (particularly CMMC assessment support) clearly disclose that requirement in the job description. We offer a remote work stipend to support your home office setup.
Do I need a security clearance to work at NABAYA?
A clearance is not required for most roles. Some client engagements within our defense practice may prefer or require Secret level clearance eligibility, which we'll note explicitly in the job description. For roles requiring clearance eligibility, US citizenship is required. If you hold an active clearance, please indicate that in your application because it's a significant asset in our defense practice.
What certifications do I need to apply?
Certification requirements vary by role and are listed in each job description. For GRC and compliance roles, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are preferred but not always required; relevant experience and demonstrated knowledge carry significant weight. For penetration testing roles, OSCP or equivalent is typically required. We actively support and reimburse certifications, so candidates who are working toward credentials are encouraged to apply.
Does NABAYA hire entry level or junior security professionals?
Occasionally, yes, particularly for analyst level roles in our GRC and compliance practice. Most of our open roles are targeted at midlevel (3 to 5 years) or senior (5+ years) professionals because the nature of client facing consulting requires independent expertise. If you are earlier in your career, we strongly encourage a strong cover letter explaining your specific framework knowledge, any relevant project experience, and the certifications you're actively pursuing.
How does NABAYA's mentorship program work?
Every new hire is paired with a dedicated senior consultant mentor for their first 90 days. Your mentor oversees your first three client engagements, reviews your deliverables, and provides structured feedback at 30, 60, and 90 days. After the initial period, mentorship transitions to an ongoing relationship where your growth is formally reviewed quarterly, with clear criteria for advancement at each level from analyst to senior consultant to practice lead.
